Artisan Market

The Kings of Q BBQ Cook Off is seeking local artists selling handmade pottery, jewelry, woodwork, and other crafts for our Artisan Market.

Space is limited this year.
Applications for artisans will be taken until March 30th.
Artisans who wish to participate must make their own items.

Set up time will begin at 8:00 am. All vendors MUST be set up by 9:00 am and cars must be moved.
Market opens at 9:00 am and closes at 5:00 pm. Spaces must be cleaned up by 6:00 pm.

12x12 space is $40.00. If you require a larger space, you will have to pay for 2 spaces. No exceptions. You will need to provide your own table(s)/chair(s)/tent.

There will be NO ELECTRICITY provided.
Trash Cans and Restrooms will be on site.

Hold Harmless Agreement

The undersigned hereby agrees to hold harmless the Town of Ayden, Kings of Q Planning Committee, KCBS, NC Pork Council and Whole Hog Barbecue, any officer, board member, staff or person involved with the Town of Ayden, Kings of Q Planning Committee, KCBS, NC Pork Council and Whole Hog Barbecue for any or all damages to persons and properties resulting from Acts of God, loss, theft, or vandalism, or any injury or medial emergency.
Further, the TTown of Ayden, Kings of Q Planning Committee, KCBS, NC Pork Council and Whole Hog Barbecue , shall be held harmless from any cause of action, claim or petition, filed in any court or administrative tribunal, arising out of said event, including all costs, attorney fees, judgements, or awards. The undersigned hereby also agrees to be totally responsible for all liability while participating in this event and abide by all rules or laws of the Town of Ayden, County of Pitt, and State of North Carolina.
