This venture began without any game plan or idea how it would turn us into fanatics. We entered a local, non-sanctioned contest and wound up beating some people who actually did this for a living. From there it was off to the big leagues. We compete against some of the best BBQ teams in the country. We do this for fun and this battlefield is where the art is perfected. We strive to provide a product that will leave people talking, and service they won’t soon forget. BBQ isn’t just food…it’s an art…it’s a way of life…in a way that no fast food or chain can provide. We joined KCBS in 2005…..we compete in at least six contests a year. Rich has a full time job as an iron worker….Kim runs their take-out /catering business. One of their most memorable moments in the last 12 years was winning 1st place in the rib category at the Inaugural Kings Of Q BBQ Comp in Ayden!
