I have lived down east (Tarboro) for the past 35 years and been competing in KCBS events since 2014. There are three of us on the cook team. We enjoy visiting the communities that we compete in and meeting local folks. Of course, we enjoy seeing all the pitmasters at each event. We look very much forward to being in Ayden, close to home for us and great local BBQ; best in the state.
